Two in-person prenatal visits between 30-35 weeks (1.5hr each)
- In these meetings we will get to know each other, discuss/help develop birth plan, explore labor and birth preferences, practice comfort measures and positions to help prepare for labor, discuss postpartum plan, and more.
24/7 Phone and email support from hire through birth
On-call from 37 weeks through birth
Continuous labor/delivery support from when you need on-site support to 1-2 hours postpartum
Help with first feeding
One postpartum visit within 1-3 weeks at your home
Unedited/amateur photos, as requested
Copy of birth notes
